Shilpa is a proficient data engineer with over 8 years of experience in solving complex data challenges and delivering innovative solutions. Currently responsible for developing and maintaining robust analytical infrastructure for NPC. Her expertise includes data processing, optimization, and automation, as well as managing traditional and big data systems using cutting-edge technolgies. Shilpa has previously worked with leading companies in the insurance, banking, and financial industries, including American Express, S&P Global Ratings, and Bank of America. She holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of New Haven.
